Living Room Interior Design for Apartment in Zurich

Hi, We're looking for an experienced interior designer to help us redesign our living room. This is not a complete renovation from scratch, as some existing furniture pieces will remain and should be thoughtfully incorporated into the new design. We already have initial ideas and style preferences, which should be explored, refined, and integrated into the overall design concept. We're seeking a professional with strong expertise in residential interior design, including: - Space planning and room layout - Color schemes and material selection - Lighting design - Proportions, balance, and visual harmony - Layering of textures and materials - Patterns, finishes, and decorative elements - Development of a coherent design concept The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into a practical and aesthetically compelling design. While 3D visualization/rendering skills are required, they are not the primary focus of this project. We are looking first and foremost for strong design capabilities rather than purely technical rendering skills. Please provide examples of similar living room or residential interior design projects you have completed, including renderings, mood boards, floor plans, or photographs of finished spaces where available. Applicants with a strong interior design background are preferred over candidates whose primary expertise is architectural visualization or 3D rendering. Deliverables: - Iinital Teams or zoom call for kick-off - 3 - 4 review meetings - Mood board - Color scheme (suggestions) - Floor plan / layout (suggestions) - 3D rendering - Detailled material list* and color codes (NCS) * The apartment is located in Switzerland, so all proposed materials, furniture, and finishes must be available for sourcing locally
