We are migrating our training content from Trainual into a new custom-built LMS platform. We need help extracting, organizing, and transferring all existing content from Trainual into the new system. This includes reviewing the current Trainual structure, pulling over all training materials, and making sure the content is properly formatted, organized, and uploaded into the new LMS. The scope may include: Exporting or manually pulling content from Trainual Organizing training materials by department, role, topic, and workflow Moving text, videos, images, quizzes, checklists, policies, SOPs, and documents Cleaning up formatting so the content looks professional in the new LMS Identifying outdated, duplicate, or missing content during the migration Rebuilding lessons, courses, modules, tests, and completion requirements Making sure all content is easy for employees to access and follow Coordinating with our team to confirm categories, permissions, and user roles Testing the new LMS after upload to make sure everything works correctly We are looking for someone detail-oriented who can take ownership of the migration, keep the content organized, and help make sure nothing is missed during the transfer.
