RF / LoRa Antenna Consultant Needed for Marine Drone Antenna Module tuning

We are looking for an experienced RF / antenna consultant who can help us diagnose and improve the LoRa communication range of a compact marine drone antenna module. Drone is going to communicate with master vessel over LoRa channel at distances up to 2km. This is initially a consulting and troubleshooting task. The goal is to understand the root cause of the current LoRa range problem and define a practical improvement plan. Task and Deliverables We expect the consultant to: * Review our current antenna module configuration: LoRa, GNSS, and Iridium antennas installed close together on/near a PCB ground plate. * Review photos, wiring, mechanical layout, antenna placement, and RF test results. * Analyze our LoRa RSSI/SNR logs. * Interpret our VNA S11/SWR measurements * Help determine whether the issue is caused by antenna matching, ground plane/counterpoise, cable/connector problems, radiation pattern, antenna placement, RF interference, or LoRa configuration. * Recommend additional practical tests we can to perform. * Suggest improvements to the LoRa antenna system and antenna module layout. * Provide recommendations for the next design iteration.
