Loan & Capital Acquisition Specialist — MCA/Business Funding Expert

We're looking for an experienced Loan & Capital Acquisition Specialist to help us secure funding through traditional lenders and MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) companies. This is a results-driven role: you'll manage the full lifecycle of our funding applications, from identifying the right lenders to closing deals. What you'll do: Identify and approach suitable loan and MCA providers for our business profile Prepare, submit, and manage loan/funding applications end-to-end Analyze our financial statements and cash flow to determine the best funding options and amounts Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable rates and structures Ensure all applications and processes comply with relevant lending regulations Track application status and maintain clear reporting on pipeline and outcomes What we're looking for: Proven experience in business loan brokering, MCA funding, or commercial financial consulting Strong understanding of underwriting criteria, lending requirements, and compliance standards Financial analysis skills — comfortable reading P&Ls, bank statements, and cash flow reports Established relationships with lenders/MCA companies is a strong plus Excellent negotiation and communication skills Track record of successfully closing funding deals Compensation structure: This role is base + commission-based, tied directly to capital successfully deposited into our business bank account. Tiered rates as follows: Amount Funded Commission Rate $0 – $50,000 1% $50,001 – $75,000 1.5% $75,001 – $100,000 2% $100,001 – $150,000 2.5% $150,001 – $200,000 3% $200,001 – $250,000 3.5% $250,001 – $300,000 4% $300,001 – $350,000 4.5% $350,001 – $500,000 5% (Clarify internally whether commission applies to the marginal amount in each bracket or the full amount at the highest bracket reached — applicants will ask.)
