Loan Originato/Processor/VA for Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lending Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant with some experience in commercial and residential (mortgage) real estate lending, specifically in residential and commercial mortgages lending and marketing (email marketing, social media posts, instagram, customer service, email communication skills). The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage client communications, process loans, collect all documents from clients, brokers and enter them into CRM/Data room, follow up and follow through. VA/Loan Originator/Processor will help with marketing initiatives (weekly email marketing and social media posts/reels a few times a week) to promote our mortgage services. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the real estate industry are essential in addition to strong English language verbal and writing skills.
