**Job Title:** Local Civil Engineer / Surveyor Needed for Site Visit – in Denton, TX **Project Location:** Denton, Texas Exact address and project documents will be shared after hiring. **Job Description:** We are looking for a local civil engineer, surveyor, or qualified civil/site professional in the Denton/Dallas-Fort Worth area to perform an on-site field review for a parking lot reconstruction project. The purpose of the visit is to review existing site conditions and collect field information needed for civil plan preparation. **Scope of Work:** The selected professional will review and document: * Existing parking lot and sidewalk conditions * Existing grades and drainage flow * Visible ponding or drainage concerns * ADA/TAS-related site conditions * Utility covers, structures, and visible utility conflicts * Curb, ramp, sidewalk, parking, and crosswalk conditions * Field measurements where needed * Photos/videos of relevant areas * Notes and recommendations for plan preparation **Approximate Project Scope:** * Parking lot pavement replacement * Sidewalk improvements * Striping/crosswalks * ADA-related review * Drainage/grading review * Utility conflict review **Deliverables Required:** 1. Site visit report / field memo 2. Clear site photos with notes 3. Marked-up site map 4. Drainage and grade observations 5. Utility conflict notes 6. ADA/TAS concern notes 7.
