We're looking for an experienced local marketing specialist or agency to drive real, measurable traffic and leads — starting now, not six months from now. **What we need:** - Proven, specific experience in the air duct cleaning industry (or a closely related home services trade) not generalist "we do everything" marketing - A concrete plan showing traction within weeks, with clear milestones no "trust the process for 6 months" pitches - Real proof of past results: Search Console data, keyword ranking movement, Google Business Profile insights (calls, direction requests, views), or lead volume tied to actual clients — testimonials alone won't cut it - Current, white-hat practices only. No keyword stuffing, spun content, PBNs, or outdated link-building tactics - Availability and responsiveness during US business hours **What the role covers:** - Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing management (posts, services, Q&A, review strategy) - Local SEO for a multi-location service area (we already have city-specific service pages across Central Alabama) - On-page SEO and technical audit follow-through (schema markup, page speed, site structure) - Content strategy that avoids duplicate/thin content across service-area pages - Review generation strategy not just SEO in isolation - Seasonal campaign awareness (we have clear seasonal demand shifts: spring pollen, summer AC load, fall HVAC prep, dryer vent fire-safety season) **Deliverables & terms:** - Weekly or biweekly reporting with specific metrics calls, form submissions, ranking positions, GBP actions - Month-to-month or short initial term (60–90 days) preferred we're open to discussing structure with the right fit - We retain full ownership of our Google Business Profile, website, analytics, and any ad accounts at all times **To apply, please include:** 1.
