Local Partners for Physical Market Research - Aachen, Germany

We are looking for a local freelancer to conduct a quick, o the ground market research task in Aachen area Germany. This is short-term, task-based project. We need someone reliable, observant and able to follow specific instruction will be given by us to collect local data. (Our budget for payment min. 500 USD and flexible, please apply for further negotiations.) Your tasks: - Count the number of active shops and businesses in the target area, - Identify which sectors/industries are dominant (Cafes, retail, services etc.) - Observe and report on how crowded/busy the area during the visit, - Identify any vacant stores/shops or vacant residential units/apartments visible from the street, - Take clear photos of the streets, shops and specific areas. (Being careful to not taking someone's photo while taking the photo of shops/places etc. is significant in order to do not violate privacy policies.)
