Job Responsibilities The selected representative or recruitment partner will be responsible for identifying genuine job vacancies in different sectors within Bulgaria. The representative will contact Bulgarian companies that require skilled or semi skilled foreign workers. The representative will introduce Emam Travels and present our manpower recruitment services to employers. The representative will collect detailed information about the employer’s workforce requirements, including the number of workers, required skills, salary, working hours, accommodation, contract duration, and other employment conditions. The representative will arrange meetings and communication between interested Bulgarian employers and Emam Travels. The Bulgarian employer will be responsible for applying for the necessary employment approval and work permits through the relevant Bulgarian authorities. The representative may assist with local communication and coordination during the employer approval and work permit process. Emam Travels will bear the agreed official expenses related to this process.
