Local Retail Compliance Auditor – Fluent Spanish Required (In-Person Audit), Norwich CT

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, fluent Spanish-speaking professional to conduct a brief, anonymous compliance and customer service audit at a local financial services retail storefront in Norwich CT. Objective: The auditor will visit a designated local service provider to evaluate if staff are correctly following standard identification and regulatory verification policies. Scope of Work & Requirements: Language Skill: Must have bilingual Spanish fluency to evaluate the customer service journey, as the interaction must be conducted entirely in Spanish. Pre-Visit Call: Call the assigned location before visiting to verify operating hours (screenshot of call log required). Site Visit: Visit the designated storefront during regular business hours (avoiding the final two hours before closing). The Audit Scenario: You will initiate a temporary standard money transfer of $50 and carefully observe the process and customer experience.  This includes watching where the money goes, how documents and receipts are handled.  You will step aside for a few minutes, then return to the counter to cancel the transaction for a full immediate refund. Deliverables: Provide clear exterior photos of the storefront, front door signage, and a photo of the initiation and cancellation receipts. Payment & Expenses: This is a fixed-price contract for the completed audit report and photos. You will use your own cash ($60) to temporarily initiate the process, which is refunded to you in full at the store upon cancellation.
