We are a local service-based business operating in Montreal and Vancouver. Historically, our (WordPress) website ranked well in Google organic search, but rankings appear to have declined and bookings have decreased. We are looking for an experienced Local SEO specialist to perform a diagnostic audit and identify possible causes. This project is for diagnosis and recommendations only. We are not looking for implementation at this stage. 1. Competitor Analysis Review - Identify businesses currently outranking us - Explain why they may be outranking us - Identify opportunities for improvement 5. Recommendations - Prioritized action plan - Recommended next steps - Estimated impact of proposed fixes Deliverables - Written report (PDF or Google Doc) - Screenshots supporting findings - Clear explanation in plain English - No automated reports without explanation Please include: 1.
