Summary

We are Chuck's Hop Shop, a well-known, multi-location craft beer bar and bottle shop in Seattle (Greenwood, Central District, and Seward Park). We have a huge local following, a massive rotating tap list, and daily food trucks, interesting snacks and ice cream corner for the neighborhood. The Goal:We want to rank #1 natively and in the Google Local Map Pack for high-intent keywords like "best beer bar in Seattle," "best craft beer Seattle," and neighborhood-specific variations. Same for ice cream, best spot to go for ice cream in our neighborhood. Scope of Work:We are looking for a Local SEO Specialist to perform an initial audit and implement a strategy. Responsibilities will include:Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization: Audit and optimize our 3 existing location profiles to ensure perfect NAP consistency, correct categorization, and strategy for review optimization.On-Page SEO Optimization: Review our current website structure. Optimize our title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags for our target keywords.Location Pages: Help us optimize or structure specific landing pages for our Greenwood, CD, and Seward Park locations.Internal/External Linking: Help us leverage existing press mentions (e.g., local food blogs) to turn unlinked mentions into valuable backlinks.Keyword/Content Strategy: Advise us on how to better index our live tap lists or food truck calendars to capture search traffic for specific rare beers.Requirements:Proven track record with Local SEO and managing brick-and-mortar multi-location businesses.Experience with Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and on-page technical SEO.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.Understanding of the food/beverage or hospitality industry is a huge plus!Please provide 1 or 2 examples of local businesses you have helped rank in the top 3 Map Pack or page 1 of Google.
