The selected specialist must: Conduct technical, local SEO, content, backlink, and AI-search audits. Establish baseline rankings, traffic, calls, forms, and Google Maps visibility. Provide documented keyword research showing tools used, location settings, search intent, volume, difficulty, and current rankings. Create a clear keyword-to-page map without duplicate or competing pages. Optimize service pages, Google Business Profile, schema, internal linking, and conversion tracking. Build only legitimate, relevant backlinks from local organizations, industry associations, clients, media, veterans’ groups, and business partners. Provide a 90-day plan and transparent monthly reporting tied to qualified leads.
