Description: We are a new startup based in Bear Delwqre and are looking for a local marketing expert to help us establish our lead generation presence. We are not looking for a long-term agency retainer. Instead, we need a specialist to set up the foundation for us to manage moving forward. Business Website/Facebook/Instagram pages already in place. ​Scope of Work: ​Google Business Profile Optimization: Audit and optimize our profile to rank for local keywords within a 10-mile radius of Fox and Shopping Center. ​ Local Lead Gen Strategy: Set up an initial campaign setup for Google Local Service Ads or Facebook Geo-Fenced ads. We have a monthly budget of $300 for ad spend and need guidance on the best way to deploy this to capture local leads. Need 300 minutes leads per month. ​Lead Capture Setup: Help us configure a simple, effective way to capture and track incoming leads (e.g., setting up a form, CRM connection, or notification system). ​ Requirements: ​Proven experience in Local SEO and small business lead generation. ​Familiarity with setting up and optimizing campaigns with tight, hyper-local geographical constraints. ​ Ability to provide a "hand-over" document or brief training session so our team can manage the leads once the setup is complete. ​Please include in your proposal: ​Examples of previous local lead generation projects you have completed. ​A brief summary of how you would approach a 10-mile geo-fenced strategy.
