Local SEO & Directory Cleanup Job Title: Local SEO & Online Brand Consistency Specialist — Financial Advisory Firm (Google Business Profile Build-Out + Directory Cleanup) Category: SEO / Local SEO Project Type: Fixed-price project (option for ongoing maintenance retainer) Description: We're a boutique wealth management / family office firm based in Atlanta, GA, serving founders, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families. We need a specialist to fix inconsistent business information across the web and build out a proper Google Business Profile so our firm shows up professionally and completely when prospective clients search for us. Current problems: Our business name, title, and address show inconsistently across our website, professional networking profiles, and third-party directories (financial-advisor directories, data aggregators, and others not yet identified) We do not have a fully built-out Google Business Profile — no populated Overview/Services/Photos/About tabs, no review generation strategy in place We need a documented, correct reference standard for our name/address/title going forward Scope of work: Full audit of everywhere our firm and its principal currently appear online — Google, Bing, Apple Maps, financial-advisor directories, data aggregators, and legacy listings NAP (Name/Address/Phone) consistency correction across every listing found, per a reference sheet we'll provide after hire Google Business Profile build-out — correct category (Financial Planner / Family Office), complete Services and About sections, photo upload, review-generation plan Recommendations report documenting every listing found, its status, and anything requiring our direct action Optional add-on: professional networking profile audit (bio/handle/visual consistency) Deliverables: Audit spreadsheet of all listings found, before/after status Fully optimized Google Business Profile Written documentation of any logins/credentials created (handed over to us) Brief handoff call or Loom walkthrough Ideal skills/experience: Proven local SEO / citation management experience (Yext, Moz Local, BrightLocal, or manual cleanup) Experience with financial services, legal, or other regulated/professional-services clients (compliance awareness a plus, not required) Google Business Profile optimization portfolio/examples Screening questions: Can you share 2–3 examples of Google Business Profiles you've built out for professional services clients? What's your process for finding all the places a business name appears online, including data aggregators most people don't check? Have you worked with regulated industries (financial, legal, medical) where public-facing claims need to stay compliant?
