Local SEO / GMB Ranking Specialist We are looking for a true expert — not someone “learning as they go.” Our businesses rely heavily on local visibility, and we continue to get burned by people who promise the world but deliver zero actual improvement. What We Need: A specialist who can improve our GMB rankings for target keywords in specific local areas. This includes: Increasing visibility in the local map pack Improving keyword positions across multiple ZIP codes (1-2 keywords is where the volume resides) Optimizing the profile for engagement and trust Providing insights on review strategy, categories, and ongoing listing health Identifying competitive gaps and implementing tactical improvements Strong understanding of heat map tracking, local grid tools, citations, and NAP authority Individual must be able to achieve measurable results, such as: Improved rankings in agreed-upon local grid positions Visible gains in map pack placement Growth in targeted keywords Documented improvements using tools like BrightLocal will be used to measure progress. Progress milestones & timeliness in keyword rankings must be established in the beginning of the engagement. If they are not achieved then engagement will be ended.
