Have distributed press releases through legitimate services like PR Newswire, EIN Presswire, or similar, and can show real pickup examples. Are organized, self-directed, and communicate proactively. Know the difference between a real citation and a ghost site placement. Scope: 12 cities to start. Strong performance opens the door to 25+ markets.
