Local SEO & AI Search Specialist

LOCAL SEO & AI SEARCH SPECIALIST: CLAUDE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help restoration and home service companies improve their visibility in Google, ChatGPT, and other AI search platforms. This is a long-term role for someone who understands local SEO, website optimization, and how businesses can become more visible in AI-generated answers. Experience using Claude is strongly preferred. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Perform SEO audits for client websites - Research local keywords, services, and target cities - Optimize service pages and location pages - Improve titles, headings, content, internal links, and website structure - Help optimize Google Business Profiles - Create and improve SEO content using Claude - Review AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, and search intent - Improve client visibility in ChatGPT and other AI search results - Research how competitors and sources are being referenced by AI platforms - Recommend content, authority, citation, and website improvements - Track rankings, traffic, leads, and AI search visibility - Help onboard new clients and implement recommendations REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Strong hands-on SEO experience - Experience with local SEO - Experience optimizing service-based business websites - Experience with keyword research and on-page SEO - Experience creating service pages and location pages - Understanding of Google Business Profile optimization - Ability to perform and implement an SEO audit - Strong written English and attention to detail AI SEARCH EXPERIENCE You should have experience or a strong understanding of helping businesses appear in: - ChatGPT answers - Google AI Overviews - Perplexity - Gemini - Other AI-powered search and answer platforms Experience with Generative Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, AI search optimization, or LLM visibility is strongly preferred. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Experience using Claude for SEO, research, content, or automation - Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics - Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools - Experience with restoration companies, contractors, or home service businesses - Experience with GoHighLevel, webhooks, or automations - Experience improving online citations, authority, and brand mentions WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR We are not looking for someone who only generates generic AI articles or produces reports without implementing the work. You must understand SEO strategy, local search intent, content quality, and how to use AI tools without blindly accepting their output.
