Local SEO Specialist — 3-Month Growth Sprint

Local SEO Specialist — 3-Month Growth Sprint JPG Designs is looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist for an initial 3-month engagement supporting an established local service business. Our internal team already handles lighter ongoing SEO work such as blogs, Google Business Profile posts, website updates and social media. We are looking for someone who can step in for a focused 3-month sprint and both recommend and implement higher-level local SEO improvements. This role is hands-on, not just consulting. We need someone who can identify opportunities and also complete the work. Scope may include: Technical SEO audit and implementation Local competitor and keyword-gap analysis Google Maps heatmap tracking and optimization On-page SEO updates Title tags, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking Service and location page optimization New service-area or supporting page creation where justified SEO content planning, writing, uploading and publishing Existing content improvements and consolidation Schema markup implementation Citation cleanup and local directory submissions Backlink research, outreach and placement Google Business Profile optimization AI-search visibility tracking and content adjustments Competitor backlink and content-gap analysis Monthly reporting showing completed work, ranking movement and next steps Final handoff plan for JPG’s internal team Important: This is not a consulting-only role. We are looking for someone who can actually implement changes and help move rankings, visibility and local map performance forward during the 3-month period. Our team will continue lighter maintenance work after the sprint is complete, and there may be opportunities for future 3-month projects if it is a good fit. Budget: $300–$400 per month per website for 3 months.
