Local SEO & Technical SEO Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Local SEO & Technical SEO specialist to optimize our appliance repair website, improve local search visibility, and fix important technical and on-page SEO issues. Scope of Work Technical SEO - Audit and fix important indexing and crawlability issues - Review XML sitemap and robots.txt - Check canonical tags - Identify and fix broken links and basic redirect issues - Review HTTPS and other technical SEO factors - Review Core Web Vitals and page-speed issues - Check Google Search Console for important errors On-Page SEO - Optimize title tags and meta descriptions - Review H1/H2 heading structure - Optimize URLs where necessary - Optimize image ALT text - Improve internal linking - Optimize existing pages for relevant local search intent Local SEO - Conduct local keyword research - Create a basic keyword map for the homepage and main service pages - Review local business signals and NAP consistency - Implement or optimize relevant LocalBusiness and Service schema - Review location and service-area signals Competitor Research - Analyze 3–5 local competitors - Identify relevant keyword and content gaps - Provide practical recommendations for improving existing pages and future content Deliverables At the end of the project, we expect: - Technical SEO issues identified and fixed where applicable - On-page SEO improvements implemented - Local SEO foundation optimized - Keyword research and basic keyword mapping - Competitor gap analysis - A short final report summarizing completed work and recommended next steps Important We are not looking for backlink building or generic automated SEO reports. We need someone who can manually analyze the website, identify real issues, and implement practical SEO improvements.
