Local SEO Wizard | High-Quality Local Link Building & Google Business Profile Expert

We’re looking for a true SEO Wizard who specializes in building high-quality, authoritative backlinks that actually move the needle on rankings and domain authority. This is not a generic SEO role. We need someone with a proven track record of acquiring premium, white-hat links from relevant, high-authority websites (DA/DR 50+ where it makes sense). We believe in sustainable, Google-safe link building — quality over quantity, relationships over spam. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute strategic, white-hat link building campaigns tailored to our niche and goals Identify high-value link opportunities through deep competitor analysis and prospecting (using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) Run personalized outreach campaigns for guest posts, niche edits, resource page links, digital PR, and unlinked mention reclamation Build genuine relationships with webmasters, bloggers, journalists, and industry sites Create or help develop linkable assets (content, data studies, tools, infographics, etc.) that naturally attract links Monitor backlink profile health, spot toxic links, and maintain a clean, strong link graph Integrate link building with on-page SEO, content strategy, and technical improvements for maximum impact Provide clear monthly reports with metrics that matter (new referring domains, DR/DA growth, keyword ranking improvements, traffic impact) Requirements (Must-Haves): 5+ years of professional SEO experience with at least 3 years heavily focused on high-quality link building Demonstrable success acquiring links from high-authority, relevant websites (we will ask for proof) Deep expertise in white-hat link building tactics only — no PBNs, no paid links, no spammy network Expert-level proficiency with Ahrefs (or SEMrush + Moz) for backlink analysis, prospecting, and outreach Strong outreach and copywriting skills — you know how to write emails that actually get responses Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, etc.) Strong understanding of Google’s algorithms, E-E-A-T, and what makes a link truly valuable in 2026 Nice to Have: Experience building links in competitive niches Background in digital PR or HARO-style link acquisition Experience creating linkable content assets that perform well Google Analytics or other SEO certifications
