Local Sourcing Agent & Project Manager

I am the founder of an upcoming luxury cosmetics brand, Eunora Prive. We are developing a premium line of makeup using high-quality, Korean-inspired formulations. ​We are operating on an accelerated timeline and are currently facing bottlenecks with slow communication from large contract manufacturers. I am looking to hire a dedicated, locally-based Sourcing Agent / Project Manager in South Korea to act as our "boots on the ground" and bypass these standard email queues. ​We want to partner with high-quality Tier 2 or boutique OEM/ODM cosmetic laboratories in Korea that offer flexibility, premium quality, and lower minimum order quantities (MOQs) for our initial launch. ​Your Responsibilities: ​Manufacturer Scouting: Identify and shortlist Tier 2/boutique cosmetic labs in Korea capable of producing premium color cosmetics. ​Direct Outreach & Negotiation: Bypass online contact forms by calling these factories directly during Korean business hours. Speak with their export/sales managers to negotiate low initial MOQs and request sample pricing. ​Communication Bridge: Translate our brand's specific formulation requirements from English into precise corporate Korean. ​Meeting Coordination: Set up direct video/phone call introductions between me and the factory managers of the top-selected labs. ​Future Scope: Handle the receipt, physical inspection, and shipping of lab samples from Korea to India (this will be a separate follow-up milestone). ​Requirements: ​Must be physically located in South Korea. ​Native Korean speaker with fluent, excellent English. ​Prior experience in K-Beauty sourcing, cosmetic product development, or supply chain management. ​Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with Korean corporate communication etiquette. ​Project Structure & Milestones: This project will begin with a $50 USD paid test milestone. ​Milestone 1 ($50): Provide a vetted shortlist of 5 boutique/Tier 2 cosmetic manufacturers in Korea that accept low MOQs, including the direct email and phone number of the decision-maker/export manager. ​If Milestone 1 is successful, we will immediately fund the subsequent milestones for active negotiation and meeting setup. There is a strong potential for this to turn into a long-term retainer as our dedicated Korean Supply Chain Manager.
