Local Tour & Transport Coordinator

Job Description: We are a growing travel and tour operator looking for a reliable, proactive Ground Transport Liaison based in Australia or New Zealand to assist us with local fleet coordination, tour transport bookings, and carrier communications. This role focuses on liaising with local charter operators, tour bus fleets, airport transfer providers, and local transport depots across key cities. Responsibilities: 1.Fleet & Operator Liaison: Communicate directly with local charter companies, bus operators, and transport depots regarding fleet availability, transport quotes, and booking confirmation details. 2.Terminal & Depot Coordination: Connect with local depot dispatchers, transport counters, or fleet managers to clarify vehicle statuses, driver schedules, and trip paperwork. 3.Ground Support & Reporting: Provide prompt digital updates, verified transport documentation, and clear operational summaries after communicating with local operators. 4.Remote Follow-up: Perform necessary follow-ups via phone, email, or messaging with local ground transport partners based on provided guidelines. Requirements: 1.Must be currently based in Australia or New Zealand with reliable local transport and communication tools. 2.Strong, professional English communication skills (verbal and written). 3.Comfortable interacting with transport dispatchers, tour fleet operators, and depot staff. 4.Reliable, organized, and quick to respond.
