Localization Sales, and Customer Support

**Localization Customer Service, Receptionist & Sales Representative** Day Translations is hiring a full-time professional to answer incoming calls, assist customers, prepare translation and interpreting quotes, and convert inquiries into sales. This is a hands-on customer-facing position—not a project coordinator role. You will communicate directly with clients by phone, email, chat, and video. **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls immediately and professionally * Make outbound sales and follow-up calls * Respond quickly to emails, chats, and website inquiries * Understand each client’s translation, interpreting, or localization needs * Prepare and send accurate quotes within 10–15 minutes * Follow up after sending quotes to close the sale * Schedule client meetings and conduct service demonstrations * Upsell translation, interpreting, localization, and related services * Collect project information and transfer confirmed orders to the appropriate team * Follow up with previous clients to generate repeat business * Maintain detailed records of calls, quotes, leads, and client communications * Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times **Requirements:** * Excellent spoken and written English * Strong telephone, customer service, and sales skills * Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls * Able to explain services, prepare quotes, and confidently ask for the sale * Fast, responsive, organized, and dependable * Comfortable using email, chat, CRM systems, and Zoom * Translation or localization industry experience is strongly preferred * A quiet workspace, dependable computer, headset, and reliable internet connection **To apply, please include:** 1.
