We've built our own proprietary system to run the entire operation — and we need a sharp, aggressive operator to run it. Who We're Looking For We need a DOG. Someone hungry, persistent, and proactive. Someone who takes ownership of the operation like it's their own — because when we step out of the office, everything should run exactly the same as when we're in it. This role is NOT for you if you need to be told the same thing twice, wait to be handed tasks, or take a relaxed approach to your day. This role IS for you if you: - Retain training the first time. We will train you thoroughly on our system and processes. After that, we expect you to run with it — not ask the same questions week after week. - Chase information aggressively. Brokers, carriers, and drivers respond to people who command respect. You follow up, you push, you get answers. - Love to learn and level up. You get genuinely excited about mastering new systems and getting better at your craft every week. - Multitask like a machine. Multiple loads, multiple drivers, multiple conversations happening at once — every single day. You stay calm and stay on top of all of it. - Are HIGHLY organized. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. - Are tech-savvy. You navigate apps, websites, and software platforms with ease. New tools don't intimidate you — they excite you. - Communicate in clean, clear English — both spoken and written. You'll be on calls and in writing constantly. What You'll Do - Manage our proprietary load management system — tracking loads, drivers, and all communications with brokers and carriers - Respond to emails and messages FAST — our standard is a reply within 5 minutes during working hours - Conduct check calls with drivers and verify statuses are updated in the system — if someone else hasn't updated it, you call and update it yourself - Run statements and factoring for loads (all handled inside the system — we'll train you, and it's straightforward once you know it) - Keep the service level supreme — timely communication and total system awareness are the heart of this role Requirements (Non-Negotiable) - Reliable high-speed internet that doesn't drop — plus a backup internet source and backup power (outages are not an acceptable excuse) - A smartphone for mobile app features, calls, and texts - A computer capable of running web-based platforms smoothly - Availability during US Eastern business hours, full-time - Fluent spoken and written English What We Offer - Full training on our system and processes — no freight experience required, but attitude and retention are everything - A long-term seat with a growing company — as we scale, so does your opportunity - Performance-based raise potential — prove yourself and the compensation grows with you How to Apply Attention to detail matters here, so read carefully: Start your proposal with the word "BULLDOG" so we know you read this entire post.
