Experienced Logistics & Warehouse Order Processing Specialist We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has hands-on experience managing warehouse operations and logistics. Responsibilities - Process customer orders from start to finish - Create and manage warehouse picking lists - Build pallet configurations and optimize pallet layouts - Coordinate LTL, FTL, and container shipments - Schedule freight with trucking companies and freight forwarders - Manage inventory levels and perform inventory reconciliation - Prepare shipping documentation, including: - Packing Slips - Bills of Lading (BOLs) - Delivery Orders (DOs) - Shipping Labels - Track shipments and communicate with carriers and customers - Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations - Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment - Maintain organized shipping and inventory records Required Experience - 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain - Strong understanding of pallet building and warehouse best practices - Inventory management experience - Order processing experience - Experience coordinating trucking companies and container freight - Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and ocean freight shipments - Experience creating shipping documents (Packing Slips, BOLs, Delivery Orders) - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your logistics and warehouse experience.
