Logo Concepts for Talent Agency

Hi, I’m looking for initial logo concepts for my business, Minter Talent. Minter Talent is a UK-based boutique talent agency representing influencers across lifestyle, fashion, interiors, home and family. At this stage, I only want to explore logo ideas for: * “Minter Talent” as the full logo * “MT” as a monogram/icon, particularly for Instagram The brand should feel premium, stylish, warm, professional, approachable and creative. We are selective and established, but we do not want to feel intimidating or overly corporate. Please avoid anything that feels childish, overly feminine, cheap, tacky, generic or too minimal. Calligraphy and expressive lettering are important to me. I like typography that feels fashion-led, elegant and distinctive, with flowing, wavy or curved details rather than rigid lettering. I will attach a colour palette as a starting point. It includes mint alongside navy, teal, berry, lilac, dusty blue and softer neutrals. You do not need to follow it exactly, so please feel free to experiment and be creative. I would like a subtle nod to “mint,” either through colour or within the design itself. It should not feel too literal or botanical, but if you have a strong creative idea that uses the mint reference more directly, I am open to seeing it. For the first stage, I would like several clearly different concept directions for both “MT” and “Minter Talent.” Once we choose a direction, we can refine it further.
