Logo Design + WordPress Website Design/Build for B2B Media Newsletter Site

We are looking for a designer/developer to create a clean, modern brand identity and WordPress website for a new B2B media/newsletter concept. This project includes both design and build. We need someone who can create the logo/wordmark, design the website, and build the approved design in WordPress. The website will be simple, likely 1–3 pages total, but it should be structured more like a clean B2B media/newsletter site than a basic brochure page. The site should explain the concept clearly, collect newsletter signups, show a sample issue/preview, and include clean placement areas for featured products, sponsors, advertisers, and companies that want to be featured. We do not need a complex app, marketplace, login system, directory, or custom software. Scope of Work 1. Logo / Brand Design Create a clean logo or wordmark for the brand. We are looking for something simple, professional, modern, and easy to use across the website, newsletter, and future digital/print materials. The logo should not feel overly trendy, cartoonish, cannabis-themed, or complicated. Deliverables should include: Primary logo Horizontal logo version Icon or mark if appropriate Black/white version Basic color palette Font recommendations PNG/SVG files 2. Website Design Design a simple, modern website layout based on the brand direction. The website should include: Homepage / current issue-style landing page Advertise / Feature Your Product page Contact or signup section/page The homepage should explain the concept clearly and include strong calls to action for users to join the newsletter and for companies to inquire about being featured. The homepage should also include clean media-style placement sections such as: Featured product Sponsored supplier Product drops Wholesale deals Distributor spotlight Sample issue preview Newsletter signup Advertise/inquiry CTA The design should support future advertising/sponsorship revenue, but it should not feel cluttered, outdated, or covered in random banner ads. 3. WordPress Build Build the approved design in WordPress. Requirements: Mobile responsive Fast-loading Clean layout Easy for us to edit later Simple form integration Newsletter/signup form Contact/advertiser inquiry form Basic SEO setup Ability to update featured products/sponsors/placements No custom-coded platform or complicated backend Preferred builders: Elementor Bricks Kadence GeneratePress We are open to recommendations, but the site must be easy for a non-technical person to manage. Design Style We want a clean B2B/media style. The look should feel: modern simple professional spacious minimal polished easy to understand We do not want a cluttered site or anything that feels like an old-school magazine site, coupon website, cannabis website, or generic marketing agency page. The goal is a clean modern trade media/newsletter site with room for featured products and paid placement sections. We will provide visual references for the style we like.
