Logo Designer Needed to Create Final Editable Source Files and Brand Assets

I already have a finalized logo concept and am looking for an experienced graphic designer to professionally recreate and refine it as a clean, scalable vector logo. The logo must be prepared for consistent use across: Website and favicon Social media profiles and posts Visiting cards and stationery Product packaging, pouches and tags Print and promotional materials Required Deliverables: Editable source files: AI, EPS and SVG Print-ready PDF files High-resolution PNG and JPG files Transparent-background versions RGB files for digital use and CMYK files for printing Full-colour, black, white and monochrome versions Horizontal, vertical, icon-only and text-only variations Social media profile and cover sizes Favicon files Complete colour codes: HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone, if applicable Details of fonts used, along with licensing information A simple logo usage sheet showing spacing, colours and correct application The selected designer must accurately follow the approved concept while improving alignment, proportions, typography and overall finishing where required. This is primarily a professional logo-finalization and file-preparation project, not a completely new logo design.
