Logo Designer for Adventure Travel

I'm looking for an experienced logo and brand identity designer to take an existing concept and turn it into a polished, professional vector logo. This is not a project to come up with a completely new concept. I already have the direction and multiple mockups. What I need is someone with excellent typography and vector illustration skills to refine it into a premium brand mark. Current Concept The current logo consists of: A custom lowercase "ripr" wordmark A small right-hand shaka gesture replacing the dot on the "i" Warm orange color palette Rounded geometric typography What I Need This is primarily a refinement project, not a brainstorming exercise. Typography Create a completely custom wordmark based on my concept. Improve: Optical spacing (kerning) Letter proportions Stroke consistency Balance Scalability Specific improvements I'd like explored: Slightly customize the two r's so they are not identical. Give the p a more distinctive bowl. Keep the type rounded and friendly but avoid looking like a stock font. Slightly soften the angled terminals while maintaining a modern feel. Shaka Icon Redraw the shaka as a professional vector icon. Requirements: Right hand only Minimal Balanced proportions Friendly Premium The current AI versions have anatomical issues. I'd like: Thumb slightly larger than the pinky Pinky noticeably smaller and shorter than the thumb Straight pinky Better hand proportions Clean consistent outline thickness Fewer unnecessary crease lines Icon should remain recognizable at favicon size
