Logo Update with Possible Brand Work Extension

Summary

I'm looking to do a light update of my logo. I will shift colors to navy and dark teal (I have colors), would like to drop the current tagline and update the font. I would like the new mark delivered in all formats (transparent, black and white and white background). I would also like the "i" that is part of the logo as a separate file to use.
