Summary

Here is the English translation: This document is the result of in-depth strategic work on Mistria's positioning. It serves as the reference framework for all future creative decisions. 01 — Context Who is Mistria? Mistria is a Webflow-specialized web development studio, founded and based in Marseille. The agency works with two types of clients: creative and branding agencies looking for a technical partner of excellence, and ambitious SMEs & startups from the South of France looking to elevate their digital image. Mistria was born from a rebranding of Tarpin Beau, with the ambition of building a more assertive, more serious brand aligned with a growth vision. The name Mistria is rooted in the identity of the South (a reference to the Mistral wind) while carrying a modern, refined, and technical resonance. It marks a deliberate break from the "friendly agency" universe toward a premium studio positioning. The core positioning "Mistria transforms the digital image of ambitious companies in the South — with the exigence of a studio and the reliability of a partner." 02 — DNA & Values The 3 brand pillars 01 — Attention to detail Mistria takes care of what the client will never directly see: animations, pixel-perfect responsiveness, CMS field naming. This attention to detail comes from within — not to be noticed, but because it's the only way to do things properly. 02 — The partner, not the vendor Mistria chooses its clients as much as they choose it. The relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. No blind execution: a genuine perspective, a real opinion, a true collaboration. 03 — Transmitted pride Mistria viscerally understands what it feels like to not dare show what you've built. Its role: restore pride to businesses stepping up to the next level. Mistria's clients dare to share their URL again. 03 — Brand Territory Brand adjectives What Mistria isWhat Mistria feels likeDemandingWarmPreciseApproachableReliableHumanGroundedAmbitious What Mistria is not These visual territories must be avoided at all costs: ❌ Too tech / Silicon Valley startup — No electric blue, no neon gradients, no "disruptive" universe ❌ Too institutional / corporate — No anonymous grey, no conservative serif, no cold layouts ❌ Too playful / colorful — No multicolored palette, no childlike shapes, no casual tone ❌ Too local / regional kitsch — The Southern roots are subtle and modern, not illustrative or folkloric 04 — Creative Leads & Directions Territory to explore The designer is free to explore within this framework. A few leads to fuel reflection: On the logo: A refined graphic mark that can stand alone (as a symbol / favicon) A crafted typeface that embodies the brand's character in itself The idea of movement, direction, the Mistral — without literal illustration The tension between attention to detail and technical precision On colors: Tight palette: 2 to 3 colors maximum A Southern influence possible without falling into cliché (ochre, terracotta, Mediterranean blue — treated with modernity) White and warm neutrals as a base, for breathing room On typography: A strong display character: condensed, geometric or humanist — but legible and modern A sober body character: neutral and elegant sans-serif Avoid overused / overexposed typefaces (Gotham, basic Futura, Inter alone) 05 — If Mistria were a person… A 35-year-old Marseille craftsman, rigorous and understated. He prefers to let his work speak for itself. He refines the details no one will ever see — because it's the only way to do things right. He chooses his clients the way he chooses his friends: with care. He looks for people who know what they want, but trust him to elevate it. What drives him: seeing a client dare to show what they've built again. Note to the designer This brief is the result of serious positioning work. The Mistria brand has a clear soul — it just doesn't have a face yet. Your role is to give it one that lives up to what it embodies: quiet exigence, professional warmth, and the pride of work done well.
