Description: I own BHS Solutions, a commercial janitorial and building services company in Nashville, TN serving property management companies, offices, and schools. I have a reference concept showing the direction — I need a designer to execute and refine it into a professional brand mark. Design direction: My reference shows the direction: premium serif wordmark, navy ( #16243D) and gold ( #C29A3B), with the H in gold. Typeface choice, spacing, and refinement are yours — that's what I'm hiring you for. If you believe a different direction better serves the brand, include one alternate concept, but the reference direction must be executed regardless. "SOLUTIONS" must read as part of the company name, never like a tagline No taglines, no icons, no clip art, no swooshes, no mops Should feel established and trustworthy — professional services, not maid service Must hold up small: embroidery, favicon, invoice header No AI-generated artwork. My reference image was AI-generated — that's exactly the quality ceiling I'm hiring you to get past. All deliverables must be original vector work you built yourself. AI-generated submissions end the contract. Three lockups required: Primary — "BHS SOLUTIONS" on one line (website header, email signature, invoices, vehicle graphics) Secondary — stacked, "BHS" over "SOLUTIONS" matching its width (embroidered polos, square placements) Mark only — "BHS" alone, sized for favicon and social profile avatars Deliverables for each lockup: Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) + high-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds Full-color on white, reversed for dark backgrounds, single-color version for embroidery Favicon files (ICO + 32px/180px/512px PNGs) for the mark One-page brand sheet: font name, hex codes, minimum sizes Process: 2 initial refinements of my reference, 2 revision rounds, all files within 7 days of hire.
