Logo needed for UK start up catering company

Global Dough serves globally inspired street food built around dough and flatbreads, including pizzas, naan breads, wraps and other freshly prepared street food cooked in wood-fired and tandoor ovens. What we need: A clean, unique and professional logo Minimalist Modern-retro styling (not cartoonish) Strong enough to work on the side of a food truck (see attached pic) Simple, bold and highly legible from a distance Suitable for social media, our website (not produced yet), menus, signage, clothing and packaging Typography-led design preferred We are open to subtle graphic elements, but do not want obvious globes, chef hats, food clipart or generic AI-style icons We only want one example of a logo with subtle graphic elements. The other concepts need to be just typography as that's our preference.
