Logo with a focus on font adjustment

Summary

We need need a small change on our logo. Essentially a modification to the font, just the leading letter "B" in the logo. 1st design has a desired ligature (the swish) part but the top of the letter "B" is too big and wide from the the back of the letter B "/" 2nd design has the correct top part of the letter but not the ligature (the swish). We are looking to merge the two designs, we have all the files in the Illustrator format. Happy to review on a call to answer questions and eliminate any confusion. Thank you.
