Long-Form Document Designer

We’re seeking a contractor to design polished, long-form assets such as whitepapers, reports, case studies, and executive PDFs. This role is critical for translating complex content into visually engaging, easy-to-digest documents. Key Responsibilities: Design and format long-form documents (10–50+ pages) Establish clear visual hierarchy and readability across dense content Apply and extend brand systems across multi-page layouts Prepare final files for digital and print distribution Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Illustrator a plus) Strong experience with editorial/layout design and typography Ability to turn around projects efficiently without sacrificing quality Detail-oriented with strong file organization habits Communicates clearly, asks for clarity when needed, and executes with minimal oversight Open to hourly engagements with potential for ongoing work
