What's your process? - Q3: How do you handle pacing in long-form content, how do you know when something is moving too slow or too fast? - Q4: Have you worked on podcast editing? If yes, describe your cleanup process for raw audio. - Q5: Tell us about a video project where you made a strong creative decision that improved the story, what was it? Portfolio Requirements Candidates must submit: - At least 1 long-form edited piece (10+ minutes), documentary, podcast episode, or explainer - At least 1 example showing dialogue/interview editing (clean audio, natural pacing) - A brief written note (2–4 sentences) on what makes you different as a storytelling editor PLEASE APPLY THROUGH UPWORK ONLY.
