Long-Form YouTube Editor — Ongoing, ~8 videos/month

We're a content brand producing 6–10 long-form YouTube videos per month (talking-head + b-roll, recorded on Riverside). Looking for a reliable editor to be our go-to for the long haul. You'll: edit raw Riverside footage into polished 8–20 min videos — tight pacing, remove filler, add b-roll/overlays/captions, clean sound mix. Deliver via Google Drive. You are: experienced with YouTube long-form (send links to channels you've edited), strong at pacing & retention editing, communicate clearly, hit deadlines. Premiere Pro or DaVinci. Comp: per-video rate (tell us yours). Starts with one paid trial video; strong fit → monthly retainer. To apply: 2–3 YouTube links you personally edited + your per-video rate + your typical turnaround.
