Structured, retention-paced, consistent week to week — the same show delivered on the same standard every time. We're hiring one editor to own the long-form lane. What you'd actually be editing: Full multicam podcast episodes — multiple camera angles, separate audio, real sync work Long-form YouTube content built for retention, not just assembled Occasional pull-outs feeding our short-form team Everything is cut to reference. You'll always be shown the exact structure and pacing a piece is matching before you start. What we care about: Multicam competence. Sync, angle selection, and audio cleanup are the actual job, not an afterthought. Retention structure. Cold open, pacing decisions, knowing what to cut. We can teach our format; we can't teach judgment. Honest turnaround on a one-hour episode. This is the number we'll hold you to, so give us the real one. What this is not: This is not a reels role.
