I'm looking for a long-term YouTube editor who can help turn an hour ot hours of footage into engaging, story-driven videos that people genuinely want to watch. This is not just about cutting clips together. I'm looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, emotion, music, and how to keep viewers engaged. What You'll Be Editing Content includes: Travel vlogs Entrepreneurship & business Behind the scenes of running my marketing agency Fitness & routines Lifestyle & day-in-the-life content Videos will typically range from 10–20 minutes. Responsibilities Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos Build compelling stories from raw footage Create strong hooks and maintain viewer retention Add music, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics when appropriate Color correct and clean up audio Organize footage efficiently Be open to feedback as we develop a consistent editing style together What I'm Looking For: Experience editing YouTube content Excellent storytelling and pacing Strong understanding of viewer retention Reliable communication Someone looking for a long-term partnership To Apply Please include: At least 2 of your best YouTube edits Your editing software Typical turn-around time I'll also be providing several example videos that represent the editing style, pacing, and storytelling I'm looking for.
