Long-Form YouTube Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented long-form YouTube video editor to join our team for a long-term role. We produce shopping, deals, and consumer news content, and we’re looking for someone who can create engaging, high-retention videos with professional pacing, graphics, motion design, zooms, captions, sound effects, and everything else that keeps viewers watching. What you’ll be doing * Edit 3–4 long-form YouTube videos per week with a fast turnaround. * Turn each long-form episode into multiple high-performing short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms. * Add engaging visual elements, B-roll, graphics, transitions, sound design, and motion effects where appropriate. * Work closely with our team to continuously improve the quality and performance of our content. We’re looking for someone who is: * An excellent video editor with a strong portfolio. * Experienced editing YouTube content designed for audience retention. * Skilled at identifying the best moments from long-form videos and turning them into viral short-form clips. * Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines consistently. * A great communicator who works well as part of a team. * Interested in building a long-term relationship with a fast-growing company.
