Long-Term AI Automation Developer (Voice AI + AI Chatbots + Advanced AI Automations)

We are building a fast-growing AI agency focused on delivering real ROI for local businesses in (USA, UK, Canada, Australia). Our core offer at the agency includes: AI Voice Receptionists (24/7 call answering + booking) AI Chatbots (Website + Lead qualification + Booking) After initial deployments, we upsell clients into advanced AI automation packages, including: - CRM automation - Lead follow-up systems - SMS & email automation - Review generation systems - Missed call text-back - Lead reactivation campaigns - Complex backend automations We're looking for a long-term AI automation developer who can handle both: - Core deployments - Advanced automation builds This is not a one-off project. We are looking for a long-term contractor as we scale aggressively. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: ✔ Building AI Voice Receptionists (24/7 answering) ✔ Connecting voice agents to calendars & booking systems ✔ Building AI chatbots (website & lead qualification) ✔ CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, custom CRMs, etc.) ✔ Advanced automations using N8N / Make ✔ Connecting Twilio / VAPI / Voice APIs ✔ Testing and optimizing AI conversations ✔ Troubleshooting automation workflows ✔ Scaling systems across multiple clients Required Skills Must Have Experience With: 🔹 AI Voice Agents (VAPI, Twilio,..) 🔹 AI Chatbot Development 🔹 N8N or Make automation 🔹 API integrations 🔹 CRM integrations 🔹 Webhook configuration 🔹 Calendar booking automation Bonus (Highly Preferred extra skills): - Experience with GoHighLevel integrations - Experience with local business workflows - Experience building appointment-based systems - Experience with SMS automation - Experience with lead qualification logic Tech Stack (Our Current Stack) We primarily use: - Twilio - VAPI - N8N - OpenAI / LLM integrations - CRM integrations - Calendar booking systems You should be comfortable working with custom stacks and complex workflows. Compensation Structure This is a per-project contractor role. Typical compensation: $200–$1000 per project based on the size and complexity of the project. As we scale: - Project volume increases - Long-term collaboration - Opportunity for consistent monthly work We are building a long-term technical partnership, not just hiring for one project.
