Long-Term Client-Facing Full-Stack Developer or Project Manager

We are a growing software development company looking for an experienced, honest, and reliable **client-facing Full-Stack Developer or Project Manager** to join our team on a long-term basis. We currently manage multiple active projects involving websites, mobile applications, software platforms, AI solutions, CRM systems, and workflow automation. We need someone who can communicate directly with clients, confidently participate in and lead meetings, understand technical requirements, coordinate with developers, and keep projects moving forward. **Client-facing experience is mandatory for this position.** This is not a behind-the-scenes development or task-management-only role. You must be comfortable speaking directly with clients, leading discussions, asking the right questions, explaining technical matters clearly, handling follow-ups, and maintaining strong professional relationships. You may be a Full-Stack Developer with strong communication and project leadership skills, or an experienced Project Manager with a solid understanding of software development. In either case, you must be capable of communicating effectively with both clients and technical team members. ## Responsibilities * Join and lead client meetings * Communicate directly and professionally with clients * Understand, clarify, and document project requirements * Translate client needs into clear technical tasks and priorities * Manage multiple software development projects * Coordinate with developers and follow up on progress * Review project status, timelines, blockers, and deliverables * Provide clear and consistent updates to clients and internal team members * Identify potential risks or misunderstandings before they become serious problems * Help improve our internal development and project management processes * Build long-term, trusted relationships with our clients ## Ideal Candidate * Has proven client-facing experience * Is confident speaking with clients and leading meetings * Has experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Technical Project Manager, or Software Project Manager * Understands software development processes and technical terminology * Can discuss websites, mobile apps, APIs, AI projects, CRM systems, automation, and software platforms * Communicates clearly and professionally in English * Is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible * Responds quickly and follows up consistently * Takes ownership of projects and commitments * Is honest, reliable, and interested in a long-term working relationship This position will begin on a part-time basis. As our workload grows and we build trust together, there is a strong possibility of expanding the role into a full-time position. We are not looking for someone interested only in a short-term contract.
