I'm looking for someone who truly resonates with this project and is actually keen to be part of it. Over the course of the next 2, 5 … 10 years I would love to make you a solid partner and pillar of the project. I am building for the Kingdom long-term and am looking for someone who is keen to come along for the journey - to serve our Lord Jesus Christ with joy. 🥳 • What I actually need: Someone strong in DaVinci Resolve - especially for color grading and audio post (cleanup and mixing). For now I will handle most of the editing, fine-tuning, and final export myself. Now, at the beginning - your zone will just be making the picture look clean and the sound professional (and maybe helping out with some other basic effects) Final polish and export will happen on my end. And in the process I want your opinion, perspective and feedback as much as your editing skills. So you can witness what we are creating and tell me honestly what's working and what isn't. I want you to be someone who helps me refine and improve, video after video, so we both get sharper as we go and build effortless and effective workflows. I want you to be a true creative partner - so over the course of the next few years we can both grow stronger in our role and contribution to the project. • The Rough Schedule: - June: color + audio on 3 videos for a free mini-course + 1 sales-page video - July: a few short-form Facebook ads - Sept-Dec: We start YouTube - By early 2027: At least one YouTube video a week, and onward together About the pay: I've put most of my savings into launching this, so right now money is tight. I'd only be able to start at the lower end of your usual rates while the business is finding its feet. But I am keen to raise that up quite quickly when money starts coming in for me. With the long term goal of you becoming an established partner with a consistent and solid income stream down the track. - Which in 1-2 odd years will perhaps land at an even higher rate than what youre charging now! 💸 I want us to rise together! 🕊️ As the project grows and starts earning, your rate climbs with it. The top of the range isn't today's number; it's where I want us to be in about two years, once this is established and paying properly. By then we hopefully produce 4-8 Youtube Video per week.
