Long-Term Customer Service VA for San Diego Spa Brand

We’re looking for a dedicated, warm, and professional team member to provide top-notch customer service for our growing spa brand in San Diego. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow and develop alongside our business. What You’ll Do: * Answer phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and patience. * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Schedule appointments and manage client bookings. * Maintain accurate records and assist with daily administrative tasks. * Big plus if you know how to edit videos, reels, and basic Social Media Management Who We’re Looking For: * Excellent spoken and written English, clear and professional. * Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented. * Comfortable on the phone and with client-facing tasks. * Organized, reliable, and consistent. * Quick learner who follows instructions precisely. * Comfortable with Hubstaff, ChatGPT (Optional: Canva, CapCut) * Has Apple Device for file sharing * Optional but a plus: Experience editing Reels or social media content. Compensation & Growth: * Starting salary: $600/month * After 3 months: $650/month * After 6 months: $700/month * After 9 months: $750/month * Opportunities for performance bonuses and professional growth Work Schedule: * Full-time, 40 hours/week * Flexible schedule * Work based on San Diego time, including weekends We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
