Long-Term DaVinci Resolve Motion Graphics & Post-Production Specialist

About us We are OS Productions GmbH, a Swiss film production company producing premium commercials, recruiting films, image films and social media content. We work exclusively in DaVinci Resolve using Blackmagic Cloud, and we’re looking for a long-term freelance Motion Graphics Specialist to become a reliable part of our post-production team. ⸻ Your Role Your role is to enhance already edited videos with high-quality motion graphics, titles, callouts, visual effects and matching sound design. Most of your work will take place inside the DaVinci Resolve Edit and Fusion Page. While our current workflow is primarily based on MotionVFX, you’re welcome to use your own licensed plugins, templates or creative tools whenever they help achieve the best possible result. Occasionally, projects require more advanced work inside the Fusion Page or maybe in other applications. ⸻ Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Motion graphics, titles and typography * Product callouts and feature highlights * Motion tracking and screen replacements * Basic to intermediate Fusion work * Object masking and clean-ups * Integrating alpha-channel assets * Matching sound design * Collaborating with our editors inside Blackmagic Cloud You will not be responsible for: * Hollywood-level VFX * Complex CGI or 3D animation * Character animation ⸻ Requirements Required * Extensive Motion Graphics experience in DaVinci Resolve * MotionVFX experience preferred (other professional workflows are equally welcome) * Good Fusion knowledge * Tracking, masking and compositing experience * Good sound design skills * Able to work with German videos and scripts (translation possible) * Clean project organisation * Reliable internet connection * Open to a long-term collaboration Bonus * Blackmagic Cloud experience * Envato Elements * Custom Fusion templates * Commercial or recruiting film experience ⸻ Working Style We’re looking for someone who: * Communicates clearly * Pays attention to detail * Delivers clean Resolve projects * Thinks creatively * Enjoys improving videos, not just following instructions We value great results over specific tools. If your workflow consistently produces outstanding work, we’re happy to adapt and learn from it. ⸻ Workload This is not a full-time position. Some weeks there may be no work, while others may require 5-15+ hours. Our goal is to build a long-term collaboration with one trusted Motion Graphics Specialist. ⸻ Paid Recruitment Process Shortlisted applicants will first be invited to a 15-minute Google Meet. If everything is a good fit, you’ll receive a paid trial project. You’ll receive a finished edit and enhance it with motion graphics, titles, callouts, simple visual effects and matching sound design.
