Long-Term Full-Stack Dev Build Internal Tools With Us (Claude Code, GitHub, Railway)

We use Claude Code heavily. We're not looking for someone who's allergic to AI tooling or thinks it's cheating. We're looking for the opposite. We want someone who's already vibe coding, already using these tools daily, and knows how to direct them to ship real, working, secure software. If you know how to run a Claude Code session and actually get production-quality output, we want to talk. What you'd be doing: detailed specs, wireframes, and product briefs from us and turning them into working apps Building on our stack: Next.js, Supabase (Postgres + Auth), Vercel for front-end, Railway for back-end services, GitHub for version control Integrating APIs (Stripe, Instantly, Calendly, Anthropic, etc.) Handling basic security hygiene (env vars, row-level security in Supabase, rate limiting, auth flows, no leaking keys) Writing clean commits and PRs so we always know what changed Posting a daily end-of-your-day Slack update in our dev channel so we can review progress overnight and send notes back for your next day What we're looking for: Strong full-stack chops ... you can own a feature end to end Real experience with Vercel, Supabase, Railway, and GitHub (not just "I read about it") - Fluent with Claude Code and/or Codex as part of your actual workflow - Solid written English for async updates (we will not be on daily calls with you) - Self-directed ... we'll give you the vision and the spec, you figure out the path How we work: You work during your day. We review your updates when we wake up. Simple. Slack is the only communication channel. No email chains. We're not micromanagers. We're also not going to chase you for updates. One clean end-of-day post in the channel is the bar. Start your reply with the word "shipped" so we know you actually read the post Share 2-3 examples of full-stack apps you've built ... ideally something using Supabase or a similar stack.
