Hello! We are a fast-growing, data-driven social media agency targeting the Japanese market. We help local businesses (hair salons, restaurants, clinics) and rising influencers grow their TikTok and Instagram accounts. We are looking for a sharp, analytical "Social Media Analyst" who loves benchmarking viral trends and analyzing the differences between successful and struggling accounts in Japan. *Please note: This job is 100% focused on research and report creation. There is NO video editing, NO DM outreach, and NO sales calling involved.* 【What You Will Do】 1. Pre-sales Research: When our outreach team books an appointment, you will review the client's account with your own eyes and identify the exact differences/gaps between their account and successful competitor accounts in Japan (e.g., hooks, video length, visual style). 2. Initial Diagnosis Report: Based on your analysis, you will fill out our Canva template to create an "Account Diagnosis Report" (Initial Report) that highlights what needs to be changed to fix the client's account. This report will be used by our sales team. 3. Monthly Performance Report (From 2nd month onwards): For closed clients, you will review their monthly performance (total views, follower growth, best-performing video analysis) and update the strategy based on the latest Japanese SNS trends. 【Requirements】 - Native Japanese speaker or equivalent (Excellent reading/writing skills in Japanese are mandatory). - Deep understanding of current Japanese TikTok/Instagram trends, algorithms, and youth culture. - Able to look at an account and analyze logically WHY it is not growing compared to competitors. - Basic skills in Canva and Google Sheets. 【Compensation & High-Paying Recurring Bonus】 This is a 100% performance-based/commission-based contract. We reward you generously based on successful contracts and client retention: - Closed Contract Bonus: If your diagnosis report helps our sales team close a contract, you get a $35.00 USD (approx. 5,000 JPY) one-time bonus! - RECURRING MONTHLY BONUS: If the client stays for the 2nd month and onwards, we will pay you a stable, recurring bonus of $130.00 USD (approx. 20,000 JPY) every month for managing their monthly reports and strategy updates! *There is no upfront base pay per report. Payouts are generated ONLY when the client signs the contract.
