Long-Term Product Photo Editor: Cutout, Shadow & Logo Placement (~1,000 images, ongoing)
Worldwide
We run a B2B merchandise e-commerce catalog (promotional products: bottles, bags, apparel, office items). We are looking for a long-term editing partner: the initial project is about 1,000 images, and after that we receive 2 to 4 new catalogs per year plus new products monthly — steady, recurring work for the right person. MOST IMPORTANT: consistency and a uniform, premium look and feel across the entire catalog. Every image must feel like part of the same set — same shadow style, same composition, same polish. Use this catalog as the reference for the target look: https://products.mondaymerch.com/de/shop — this is exactly the quality and style we want to match. We will provide a written style guide with reference images. The task per image: Clean background removal (clipping path / masking — including straps, handles, holes) Place the product on a transparent 1:1 square canvas (2000 x 2000 px, PNG with alpha channel) Add a soft, natural contact shadow following our style reference Consistent composition: product centered, even padding, consistent scale across products of the same type Place our brand logo on the product print area — realistic application that follows the product surface (fabric folds, curvature on bottles and mugs), sized and positioned like a real print or embroidery. We provide our logo as vector file and, for most products, the official print-area specs from the manufacturer data. Style spec (summary — full guide with reference images provided privately): Shadow: soft, natural, subtle — identical style across all images and all color variants of a product Three shadow treatments: standing products (bottles, bags), hanging textiles (jackets, scarves), flat-lying products (towels, blankets) Logo placement: subtle and realistic, correct perspective and surface wrap; white or dark logo version depending on product color (rules provided) Product fidelity: professional relighting and polish to achieve the premium look is welcome and expected — that is the whole point. The one hard rule is that the product color must stay true to the original photo. Our customers make purchase decisions based on these images and must not be disappointed when the physical product arrives, so no shifting of the actual product color, material or shape. Inputs: JPEG manufacturer photos, product on white, mostly 1024 px, some with existing baked-in shadows that must be replaced. Logo as SVG/AI plus PNG. Deliverables per image: Clean version: transparent PNG, no logo — filename ending in _clean.png Logo version: same image with logo applied — filename ending in _logo.png After the test batch: your layered template or Photoshop action so the style stays reproducible Batch delivery (about 100 images per batch), 3 to 5 business days per batch Process: Paid test: 10 images incl. logo placement (fixed milestone — quote your price in the proposal) If the look matches: batch agreement at a fixed per-image rate Long-term: recurring catalog updates (2 to 4 times per year) plus monthly additions at the agreed rate In your proposal, please answer: Your per-image price at 500 plus volume (incl. both deliverable versions) Turnaround time for a 100-image batch Link 2 to 3 portfolio examples of product cutout and shadow work (e-commerce catalog style) Link 1 to 2 examples of realistic logo or print mockup placement on products (apparel and/or curved surfaces like bottles) Which tool you use for shadows and logo wrapping (hand-drawn, action, or smart-object template) and how you guarantee consistency across color variants Proposals without portfolio examples of both shadow work AND logo mockup placement will not be considered.
