Long-Term Project: Convert 600 Sewing Patterns into Projector Files

We have a large sewing patter catalog of over 600 digital patterns (currently available in A4, A0, and US-Letter formats). We are looking for a meticulous vector graphic specialist or experienced digital pattern maker for a long-term collaboration to convert our entire catalog into optimized Projector Sewing Files. This is a big project that will be executed in phases. We will start with a paid test trial (1-2 patterns), followed by a first batch of 50 Bestsellers, with the goal of converting all 600 patterns over the coming months. Your Tasks & Technical Specifications: You will take our existing files and adapt them to meet the strict standards of the projector-sewing community. Every file must include: Perfect Layer Management: Every single size must be on its own, clearly named, and separately toggleable layer. Unfolded Pieces: Any pattern pieces currently designed to be "cut on fold" must be fully mirrored, unfolded, and joined into a single full piece. Massive Margins: Adjust the artboard to include at least 40–50 cm of blank white space all around the pattern layout to allow for easy scrolling. High-Contrast & Visibility: Increase line weights to 3–4 pt using high-contrast colors per size. Increase all pattern annotations and text fonts to 24–36 pt so they are easily readable from a distance. Calibration Grid: Add a dedicated layer containing a mathematically perfect, full-page calibration grid (with both 2x2 cm and 1x1 inch squares). Requirements: Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator Experience with digital sewing patterns and grading workflows is a huge plus. Extreme attention to detail (a single misplaced line on a layer ruins the fabric for our customers). Reliability and ability to handle large bulk workloads within agreed deadlines.
